Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes. You can select PayPal as your payment option for any one-time payments.

I keep receiving an error when trying to donate.

Often an error message is generated because your credit card information has been incorrectly entered or your credit card has been declined — please try to re-enter your credit card number again. If you still see an error message, please try a different credit card. Or contact us info@HSIEurope.org.

I want to donate an amount other than what you’ve listed.

Please select the box labeled ‘Other Amount’ and enter an amount of your choice.

I want to unsubscribe from emails.

Please email info@HSIEurope.org and we will easily unsubscribe you from our email list — but we are sad to see you go!

What is The Direct Debit Guarantee?

This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
If an error is made the payment of your Direct Debit, by Humane Society International-Europe or your bank, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or us. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting us (email address) or your bank. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
